General Terms and Conditions

2. Services Provided
We offer the following services:

• Product design

• Graphic design (branding, logos, illustrations, etc.)

• Sale of original artwork and prints via an online store

Each service is subject to its specific agreement and timeline, which will be communicated and confirmed in writing.

3. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract
For webshop items, the contract is concluded upon confirmation of your order. For design services, the contract is binding once both parties have agreed in writing info@nikbaeyens.com to the project scope, pricing, and timeline.

4. Prices and Payment

Digital products and design files will be delivered via email or secure download.

7. Revisions and Approval

8. Cancellation and Refunds
Webshop orders may be canceled within 3 days if the item has not yet shipped.
